Teacher Appreciation
A decade's worth of research supports what anyone in the business already knows: once children get to school, the single most critical factor to their success is the teacher leading the class.  Quality teachers lead students to become creative and critical thinkers and problem solvers capable of navigating a complex world.  Their influence carries more impact than class size, curriculum, or social-economic status.  The work is demanding, exhilarating and exhausting.  Thank you for your commitment to teaching and all that the concept entails.
